We are proud to provide pet parents in Metro-Atlanta and Atlanta with the very best end-of-life and after-life care for their pets with a pet cremation alternative, pet aquamation.

We care for pets with the utmost respect while they are trusted to us. We offer the following services for our friends and neighbors all throughout Atlanta and beyond.

Pet Aquamation

Pet aquamation is a gentle, eco-friendly alternative to traditional pet cremation. You may request pet aquamation services directly through Heavenly Paws, or through your trusted veterinarian. Once your pet is in the compassionate care of our experienced team, we will gently place their body into an alkali bath infused with salts similar to those found in soil that would help break down their body over time if they were buried. Once the aquamation is complete, we recover the same ashes you would receive after a traditional pet cremation, but because pet aquamation is more gentle, we are able to return more ashes. Aquamation is also a more environmentally conscious and eliminates the pollution caused by traditional pet cremation and uses 95% less energy.

Pre-Planning

It is never easy to think about your pet’s life coming to an end, but having a sound end-of-life plan in place for your pet can help you honor them when they pass with love and dignity, just as you did during their life. Additionally, preparing ahead for your pet’s passing can make it a much more peaceful transition for you, the pet parent, so that you can focus on celebrating their life, grieving for them, and remembering the beautiful life you shared together.
